Hey everyone, my name is Nathan Kendell and welcome to my blog! Here, you'll find a wide range of topics that I'm passionate about, whether it's discussions about sports or my accomplishments throughout my life. I strive to make these blog posts an environment where you can learn about me in a non stressful environment. I'm sure we've all felt stressed at one point in our lives however throughout my life something I used to do to relieve my stress is Swimming. With that being one of my favorite sports I've developed a passion for it especially since I've been participating in the sport for over 10 years. Since coming to college my passion for the sport has slowly decreased as academics has been my main focus now. My hope for the future is that I'll develop the ability to be able to balance both of them and continue without putting other priorities on the back burner.
Throughout my childhood I was always taught to constantly achieve excellence and to put in 100% into anything I do. With that mentality I've grown up to be successful in every facet of my life. Although my college career is just starting I've begun to become increasingly more stressed.As a result of me not being able to compete in swimming and have the stress reliever I've now shifted my sights onto working out in the gym specifically weight lifting. The gym has been a reliable outlet for me to relieve stress and I've definitely seen a massive improvement in comparison to my first day. The same perseverance has motivated to push past my limits especially academically.
That level of perseverance was taught to me throughout my childhood and has instilled a work ethic and perception that will forever benefit me as my life accomplishments have shown. Throughout this introductory post I've heavily focused on sports as it's an extreme passion of mine.
